“I have been authorized to offer you the villa next year at the same price.”
That was Brissa, our real estate agent. We told you about her in an earlier post. She was the miracle worker who found our home in Puerto Vallarta and made it available for six months this year.
And now, as it turns out, next year too, for we paid our deposit two days ago. We will return to Puerto Vallarta and our Los Tules villa in January, here to stay for another two months in the winter of 2015.
I could prattle on about all the things we love about this place — the location, the plantation, the city, the people — but you’ve heard it all. Instead, I invite you to feast on a few photos of our home , the home we will leave in April and return to nine months later. These are a few of our favorite things. (As usual, click on any picture to enlarge.)
But where are you headed next?

I believe, in the beginning, you gave an invitation for visitors to come and share for a few days. Soooooo, that would mean there will be another chance next year to visit this location. Maybe, maybe, maybe.

Oh dear! I have opened a can of worms (no offense, ladies). Well, it’s funny you should ask, for just last week we signed a contract to rent a lovely apartment in Portland for one month, starting April 1st. Our children (and grandchildren) live on the West Coast, and we have many friends to visit there, so a month in Portland it will be. After that we have no rentals arranged and no firm plans. We will let you know when we do.
